Every companion and client on Heart of Hana agrees to these terms. Read them carefully — they keep this space safe, professional, and healing for everyone.
Heart of Hana is a platonic touch platform. No sexual contact, no nudity, no romantic propositions, and no requests for either — ever. Touch is limited to hugging, hand-holding, spooning, head-on-shoulder, and similar non-sexual comfort. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
Either party can pause, change position, or end a session at any time, for any reason, without explanation or penalty beyond the booking fee. "No" and "stop" are complete sentences. A yes to one kind of touch is not a yes to another.
Show up sober (no alcohol, no recreational substances) and freshly showered. Brush your teeth. Wear comfortable, fully covering clothing — pajamas, sweats, or loungewear. Companions may refuse a session on arrival without refunding the booking fee if these standards are not met.
Share your itinerary with a trusted contact. Companions are encouraged to do first-meet consultations in a public place. Either party may request video verification before a first session. If you ever feel unsafe, leave and report to support immediately.
Companions are independent contractors, not employees of Heart of Hana or prnnilesspeace.org. You set your own hours, rates (beyond the platform booking fee), services, and location policies. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licensing, and any local permits required to operate.
Companions consent to a one-time background check as part of the application process. Heart of Hana reviews government ID, legal name, and aliases for safety purposes only. We do not sell, share, or publish this information. Approval is at the sole discretion of the platform.
The $111 companion application fee is non-refundable. The $1 client booking fee reserves a slot and is non-refundable once a slot is held, but clients may reschedule to any other open slot with the same companion at no extra cost. Session payments between client and companion are arranged directly between the two parties.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, recording without consent, soliciting illegal services, sharing another user's private info, and any sexual conduct result in immediate, permanent removal and forfeiture of all fees paid. Serious incidents are reported to law enforcement.
Heart of Hana is a directory and booking platform. We are not party to any session and do not supervise sessions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform, prnnilesspeace.org, and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from interactions between users. Use at your own risk.
Heart of Hana exists because Peace Works. Touch is medicine. Treat every person you meet here — companion, client, staff — with the dignity, warmth, and respect you'd want for yourself. That is the contract.
